Privacy & data handling

This page collects only what is needed to arrange your public talk: the talk number and title, the opening song, whether you use media (and an optional media file), whether you are staying for hospitality, an optional contact detail, and any note you add. Your confirmation is encrypted in your browser before it is sent and can only be read by the appointed talk coordinator. Uploaded media is deleted from this server once the coordinator has collected it. Providing this information is voluntary; contact the talk coordinator to view, correct, or delete it.
